Dermoelectroporation

Dermoporation or Dermoelectroporation Treatment is an advanced aesthetic procedure not well known in the USA but already used with great success in Europe and particularly in Italy from the Top Aesthetic centers.

Dermoporation treatment consists of a trans-dermal penetration of the Serums using Dermoelectroporation Equipment. With this procedure, it is possible to transfer under the skin a large amount of active cosmetic ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid, collagen, vitamins and others.

Venus Derm Dermoelectroporation procedures effectively nourish the skin, slowing the aging process by providing essential elements to the epidermal tissue. After the age of 20, the skin loses the ability to generate basic ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid and by the age of 40, production is reduced by 50%.

Venus Derm Dermoporation SHOULD NOT be confused with older and much less effective penetration enhancer methods such as iontophoresis, needle free meso-therapy, micro currents, or galvanic currents. Instead, Dermoporation is 10 times more effective than iontophoresis and reaches much deeper layers than needles.

F.A.Q.

What is Dermoporation or Dermo Electroporation?

Electroporation is an FDA approved procedure that uses an electrical pulse to temporarily open skin pores up to 17 times their original size. At the same time, fluid is ionized and penetrated through the opened channels. When the electrical pulse stops, fluid is trapped under the skin.

With this advanced technology, we can penetrate ingredients with a large molecular size deep under the skin.  This normally would not happen with a noninvasive procedure.

Is Dermoporation painful?

Dermoelectroporation is Pain-Free.  A little tingle may be perceived around the teeth or forehead caused by the mild current.

Does Dermoporation use needles?

Absolutely NOT!  Electroporation only uses a microcurrent pulse perfectly calibrated to achieve the objective.

How long will Dermoporation treatment take?

Normally, an Electroporation treatment session lasts 20-30 minutes per area.

How many sessions will it take to see results?

6 Sessions are recommended by professionals to see substantial results. However, results may vary by the individual. In this case, the specialist will indicate what is suitable for each specific patient.

How long does the achieved improvement last?

Time varies by the individual.  Normally, results will last from 4 to 8 months, but monthly or bi-monthly treatment maintenance is recommended to keep and improve results.

How much will each treatment cost?

It depends on the Serum selected to better fit your goal and on the Certified Center that performs the treatment. However, prices range between $80 and $500.
